Selling a house and buying another house can be a challenge.  Is our house ready to sell?  What is the value of our house?  How long is it going to take to sell?  Can we find the another house so we are not out on the street?  All of these are the regular questions everyone has when selling and buying. 

Well, we had the Best of the Best in getting Kara Whitcomb for both our selling as well as buying.  She helped us to get our home ready to sell.  She helped us with determining the value and when to get it on the market.  

She showed us several homes that she picked out for us after we told her what we were looking for( we had price determinations, style of home, locations near our kids, etc.).  We were nervous about whether this could be done.  

 Kara was absolutely the best: we had a buyer for our home the first day it went on the market.  Wow!  Within two weeks, we found just the home we wanted(near our kids and within our price range).  Kara had some real issues to deal with to get us in the new home timely to when we had to get out of our house.  But as we found all along, Kara was able to do it all under a lot of adversity.  

Now you know why we say, she was the Best of the Best.
